A Green Lawn That Stays Perfect, Without the Mowing
Premium artificial grass for front yards, backyards and waterfront lawns. No more dead grass, chinch bugs or muddy paws, with options for every budget.
Why Florida Homeowners Are Switching
St. Augustine and Bahia fight Florida all year long. If any of these sound familiar, artificial grass solves them for good.
Chinch bugs & fungus
Brown patches every summer, treatments that don't last, and sod that dies in the same spots again.
Re-sodding every year
New sod is money you spend again and again, and it rarely survives sandy soil and dry winters.
Water bills & restrictions
Watering days, sprinkler repairs and high bills just to keep grass barely alive.
Mowing & landscaper bills
Weekly mowing, edging, fertilizer and weed control add up to thousands a year.
Muddy dogs
Worn dirt tracks, yellow spots and muddy paws on your floors after every rain.
Shade where grass won't grow
Under oaks, palms and along the side of the house, where real grass simply gives up.
Real Before & After
Same homes, same yards. Here is what changes when the dead grass goes.

How We Install a Turf Lawn
The base is what makes a lawn look great for years. Here is what goes into every Creative Grounds install.
Remove the old grass
We cut out the existing sod, roots and weeds and excavate to the right depth.
Grade for drainage
The ground is shaped with a gentle slope so rain drains away from your home and never puddles.
Compacted base
A layer of crushed aggregate is spread and compacted for a firm, smooth, level surface.
Weed barrier & edging
A barrier helps block weeds from below, and clean edging keeps borders crisp.
Turf, seams & infill
Turf is laid with the grain, seamed invisibly, secured, then filled with infill for a natural look and feel.
Brush & final walkthrough
We power-brush the blades upright, clean the site and walk the finished lawn with you.
Turf Options for Every Budget
We carry premium turf in different blade shapes, heights and colors. Visit the Naples showroom to see and feel every option in person.
Essential
Durable, natural-looking turf that is a smart value for side yards, rentals and larger areas.
Premium
Our most popular choice. Soft, multi-tone blades with cooling and anti-shine technology for front and backyards.
Luxury
Fuller, thicker, most realistic turf for luxury homes and front lawns that need to look perfect.
Have dogs? Ask about pet turf with flow-through backing and odor-control infill.
Designed as a Complete Landscape
A great lawn looks even better when the whole yard is designed together. We plan turf with the hardscape and details around it.
- Pavers & walkways: paver driveways, patios and turf joints.
- Stepping stones: travertine, coral stone and concrete pads set into turf.
- Borders & rock: clean edges, river rock and planting beds.
- Lighting: low-voltage landscape lighting for evenings outside.
- Putting greens: add a putting green to the lawn.

Easy Care
No mowing, no fertilizer and no watering schedule. Just a little care keeps your lawn looking new.
Blow off leaves
A leaf blower or rake keeps debris off the surface.
Rinse as needed
A quick rinse with the hose, especially in pet areas.
Brush high-traffic spots
A stiff broom keeps blades standing tall. Or let us handle it with our turf maintenance service.
Artificial Grass FAQs
How much does artificial grass cost?
It depends on the size of the area, removal of the old grass, base work and the turf you choose. We offer a free on-site measurement and an itemized written quote, with options for every budget and financing available.
How long does artificial grass last?
Quality artificial grass installed on a proper base can last many years with basic care. We will walk you through the warranty on the turf you choose.
Does artificial grass get hot in Florida?
All turf warms up in direct sun. Our premium options use cooling and anti-shine technology, and a quick rinse cools the surface fast on the hottest days.
What happens when it rains?
Water drains through the perforated backing and into the compacted base below, so the lawn is usable soon after a storm.
Is artificial grass good for dogs?
Yes. No mud, no holes and no yellow spots. For pet areas we recommend pet turf with a flow-through backing and odor-control infill.
Will it look fake?
Today's turf uses multi-tone blades in different shapes and heights that look like a healthy, real lawn. Visit our Naples showroom to see and touch it yourself.
How long does installation take?
Most residential lawns are installed in one to three days, depending on size, access and site conditions.
Will weeds grow through?
We remove existing grass and roots and install a weed barrier and compacted base, which greatly reduces weeds. An occasional weed at the edges is easy to pull.
Do I need HOA approval?
Many HOAs allow artificial grass. We can provide product samples and specifications to help with your approval.
What areas do you serve?
Southwest Florida from Marco Island and Naples through Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Venice, Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, plus the Miami area.
