What Pinecrest families tell us.
Large lots, big shade trees and tropical rain mean constant mowing, bare spots and a landscaping bill that never ends.
Play areas and dog paths wear down to dirt, and it all comes inside.
A clean, green space for play, parties and practice, all year long.
There's a better way. One install, and the whole family gets the backyard back.
Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay are known for large lots, mature trees and family homes. That makes them perfect for turf play areas, pet runs and backyard putting greens that stay clean and green without the upkeep.
Creative Grounds is a woman-owned outdoor living company with a team in Miami. We design and install artificial turf, pet turf, putting greens, pavers and pool decks across South Miami-Dade.

Every Service. Every Solution.
Pinecrest families often combine a turf play area, a dog run and a putting green in one project.
Green all year with no mowing, watering or fertilizer, built on a compacted base that stays level and drains fast.
Turf lawns →No more mud or dead spots. Permeable backing, odor-control infill and blades made for active dogs.
Pet turf →Backyard greens with real contours, fringe and cups, designed around your lanai, pool or yard.
Putting greens →Paver driveways, walkways and patios on an engineered base with edge restraint and polymeric sand.
Pavers →Cooler-underfoot travertine and paver pool decks and coping, often paired with turf borders.
Pool decks →Outdoor lighting and planting design that ties the whole space together after dark.
Design & install →What lasts in Florida is what is built underneath. Every Creative Grounds job follows the same four steps.
Old grass, roots and soft soil come out, and the yard is graded so water moves away from the house and pool.
A compacted aggregate base keeps turf and pavers flat and stable for years.
Permeable backing and base prep that handle Florida downpours without puddles.
Edges secured for storm season, seams hidden, and a final walkthrough with you.
